Buzzing / 嗡鳴

Among cedar,
spruce,
and pine,

the scent of eucalyptus
lingered on my skin.

The forest hummed.

Yet one
kept circling
by my ear,

buzzing.

And my hand
rose to wave it away
without thinking.

Buzzing.

Buzzing.

At last
I let it stay—

one more sound
in the forest,

as I strolled on.


嗡鳴

森林裡低低嗡鳴。

尤加利的氣息
還淡淡護著我的肌膚。

偏有一隻小飛蟲
繞著耳邊,
嗡嗡不去。

手先一步,
揮了出去。

嗡嗡——

嗡嗡——

終於,
我不再趕牠——

只是森林裡
的一種聲音。

我自悠然,
信步林間。
